5 steps towards a

Introduction into digital urgency

We start with a one-day workshop to educate your organization’s leaders on the digital mega trends and their impact on you business. Next, we identify the many opportunities of having a digital strategy, followed by a two-day scan to deeply assess the current maturity level of your organization. Discussions with senior management will take place regarding expectations and urgency of having a digital strategy.

2. Strategizing digital transformation & roadmap

Together we set project goals, its purpose and mission statement. We create actionable goals by setting OKR’s. Next, we create a roadmap for lighthouse projects and secure funding (based on our building blocks of digital transformation).

3. Start with lighthouse projects

Together with a cross-functional launch team we start lighthouse projects. These are quick win projects, focused on customer experience, operational processes and the overall business model (6-9 months). Aside from this we introduce new workflows that will increase the speed of learning (6 months).
