Intelligence for e-fulfillment

Directify.ai is a powerful software system that helps companies process orders from multiple webshops smarter, faster and more efficiently. A clear stock overview makes it easy to identify products that are low on stock and what should be purchased from the supplier.

How Directify came about

When a wholesaler came with the challenge of shipping direct to end-clients, we were enthusiastic about the idea. The project started with discussions about the business strategy and what features the software should have. they provide feedback, if something needs to be adjusted, the developer team did it.

After going back and forth between both parties, sharing our feedback and adjusting the strategy it was time to develop the software system. The creation of a platform such as this happens in stages: start off with an MVP model first, then slowly start expanding the features and improving the user interface.

OpenGlass is a marketplace and reverse auction platform developed in collaboration with the glass industry. Sometimes raw materials are scarce, in other times materials are less scarce, but in any case there are large suppliers and many small buyers. OpenGlass was created to solve that imbalance.

OpenGlass ensures that glass buyers can purchase materials on a larger scale by working together. This reverse marketplace in which the large suppliers offer glass to small buyers helps with better rates and a balance in this market.

It is possible to make the reversed auctioning platform available to other domains that experience the same challenge in their own market.

Simplifying purchasing and lowering prices

One of the challenges in the (plastic) recycling market is that there is little reporting and it is difficult to make reports on different waste flows, both incoming and outgoing fractions.

Skaal ensures that plastic recyclers can easily register on the entire recycling process using scanners and reporting tools: how much waste goes in, how much comes out and how much material is created. Specifically for plastic recycling suppliers, it produces packing slips and labels that can be used directly to customers and as reporting.

Simplifying government reporting

Together with the DialogFactory.co team we founded and developed Trebel. The idea is to make people feel better about themselves, with the help of pro-active conversations with a chatbot. However, instead of waiting for people to start a conversation with the chatbot, Trebel comes up with surprising incentives every day to make a person sit down and think for a moment.

Trebel was deployed at schools, since schools are full of children in development. Unfortunately schools also experience also bullying. The emotional thermometer was made especially for schools, so teachers can see how the class is feeling. This can be used to adapt the lessons accordingly.

Protium still has chatbot technology in-house that allows us to build similar services flexibly and at our own discretion.
